Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de zorg en een goed netwerk binnen de sector
Kennis van landelijke ontwikkelingen, zoals het Integraal Zorg Akkoord, Landelijk Dekkend Netwerk, Wegiz en bijbehorende gegevensuitwisselingen
Inhoudelijke expertise van de 5 lagen van het interoperabiliteitsmodel van Nictiz, waaronder de informatie laag met de zorginformatiebouwstenen (zibs)
Projectleider vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte houding
Ervaring met cross-sectorale gegevensuitwisseling en je weet complexe vraagstukken goed te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit, waarmee je zorgorganisaties en ICT-leveranciers met elkaar verbindt
Enthousiasme en nieuwsgierigheid om meerdere werkomgevingen te leren kennen en je toont hierin flexibiliteit

Responsibilities

Ondersteunen van zorgorganisaties en ziekenhuizen bij het realiseren van de Wegiz-doelstellingen (Wet elektronische gegevensuitwisseling in de zorg)
Helpen bij de uitvoering van gegevensuitwisselingen
Zorgen voor optimale ondersteuning van doelgroepen zoals VVT, thuiszorg en ziekenhuizen
Optreden als sparringpartner voor verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden, ICT-managers en bestuurders om digitale transformatie vorm te geven
Schrijven van een plan van aanpak met focus op technische implementatie, bijvoorbeeld bij een samenwerkingsverband
Uitvoeren van projecten
Verbinden van verschillende belangen en helder communiceren op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie
