Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in working with data pipelines, data storage, software services, SQL, relational databases, and a backend programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala. Understanding of data intake, mapping, normalization, and storage is necessary, along with professional experience with Mirth (NextGen) or similar ETL services.

Responsibilities

The Lead Integrations Engineer will lead an engineering team to develop and maintain data pipelines that capture, process, and integrate data into COTA's data warehouse. This role involves working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Medical, and Operations teams, as well as external parties, to ensure alignment and achieve optimal solutions. Responsibilities include managing priorities, driving Agile ceremonies, interacting with clients for data requests, investigating and resolving production issues, and mentoring other engineers.
