Job Description

Experian's in-house creative agency, The Cooler, is seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding team. The Cooler is a diverse group of creatives from some of the best A-list advertising agencies in the world, responsible for Experian's entire scope of consumer-facing advertising, from Superbowl spots to Digital and Social creative.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the liaison between The Cooler and our partners, managing the creative process from start to finish with a creative and efficient lens. Your responsibilities will span across various disciplines including paid digital, YouTube, organic social, video, and minor broadcast projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, overseeing scheduling, communications, collaboration, resourcing, and other critical project areas.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will ensure adherence to established processes by creatives and partners, while also ensuring that current brand, product, and platform strategies are reflected in all creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize project management software to manage project workflows.
  • Manage project intake, schedules, and deliverable expectations.
  • Lead tri-weekly status/scrum meetings with The Cooler team.
  • Keep internal clients informed of project progress.
  • Schedule project kick-offs, internal reviews, and client reviews.
  • Manage compliance and legal reviews for creative assets.
  • Support in-house broadcast, digital, and social production teams.
  • Perform final project Quality Control (QC).
  • Contribute to the development of project scopes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management or account management within a traditional or in-house advertising agency.
  • Proven experience with project management practices and tools to effectively manage project performance.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component.
