Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of marketing and/or brand strategy experience in a consumer, retail company, e-commerce brand and/or creative agency, along with proven experience achieving business objectives and working within a complex environment to meet deadlines. They should be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excitement to work in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Manager will develop the seasonal brand strategy to meet Minted’s brand, consumer, and company goals, build the seasonal marketing calendar with brand managers and category management, and lead all partnership & cross-category initiatives, including strategy, briefing, program management, execution, and hindsight. They will also lead all content strategy plans, manage relationships with external partners, partner with the marketing team to bring seasonal strategy to life across paid, owned, and earned channels, develop strategies for key awareness-building channels, and collaborate with category teams to create and execute marketing strategies that support product launches and lifecycle management.
