Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of market research, participant sampling, or UX/CX recruitment, with experience in fieldwork management, panel coordination, or participant recruitment. They must be comfortable consulting with clients on recruitment strategy and screener design, adept at managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities

The Project Manager, Audience Solutions will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of participant recruitment projects for customer research studies. This includes consulting with clients and internal teams to understand recruitment needs, recruiting participants globally using internal or external panels, and designing and refining screeners for high-quality participant matches. The role also involves tracking and reporting on study progress, providing insights and recommendations, offering timely updates to stakeholders, and ensuring accurate pricing and billing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align recruitment with scope and timelines is also a key responsibility.
