Requirements

Candidates must have a strong interest in digital media, digital sponsorship, ad tech, data analysis, and podcasting, with enthusiasm for public media's mission. They should be comfortable communicating with Fortune 500 sponsors and must reside in one of the 10 states where National Public Media operates: NY, NJ, CA, CT, MD, VA, IL, CO, MN, or Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

Manage sponsorship data operations, including building and maintaining first-party data segments in Permutive, overseeing data partner onboarding, and serving as an internal subject matter expert on data technology. Responsibilities also include developing go-to-market strategies for audience data capabilities, creating sales collateral, and providing training to support product adoption and sales enablement. The role involves serving as the primary contact for sponsorship-related data targeting, integrity, and methodology questions, engaging directly with clients on data capabilities, and providing recommendations on targeting and brand safety. Additionally, the position requires packaging audience segments for digital proposals to meet client KPIs, collaborating with the product team on a strategic roadmap for data products and technology, and creating benchmarks and performance data for audience and contextual segments.
