Requirements

3+ years of professional work experience as part of a Software, SaaS, or consulting company, including 1+ years of formal project manager experience
Excellent organization and communication skills
Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Experience with essential project management duties (project planning, managing budgets, monitoring project scope, owning stakeholder communication, and risk management)
Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on-time, and within budget
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Responsibilities

Execute project management duties for recurring services/advisory customer engagements
Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring customer concerns, risks, and requirements are anticipated, documented, and resolved proactively
Create and consistently update comprehensive project documentation (project plans, weekly status and budget reports, and risks and issues logs) in appropriate repositories
Assist engagement managers with maintaining project scope and address any change order needs promptly, as applicable
Provide accurate updates on project progress to customers and SailPoint management
