Requirements

  • 7+ years of Project Management or Customer Implementation experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong verbal and written organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, scope changes and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Wrike, Confluence Wiki
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, Scrum
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing large complex projects from start to finish
  • Managing customer implementations from start to finish
  • Communicating with internal and external customers through the project process
  • Translating requirements, timelines, risks and escalations between Engineers, Sales teams, and Customers
  • Managing the team in meeting implementation goals on time
  • Leading external and internal stakeholder meetings
  • Identifying external or internal risks, and driving mitigation plans to project completion
  • Coordinating and driving issue escalation and resolution
  • Adjusting the plan due to changes in scope and/or schedule
  • Anticipating and mitigating potential project issues
