  • 5-7 years of experience working in a program/project management capacity, alliance management for AWS or Google partnerships, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Marketplaces, SaaS go-to-market strategies, and cloud economics
  • Seasoned team player that manages and alleviates (instead of running from) persistent obstacles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communications are paramount
  • Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team
  • Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for strategic cloud partner initiatives. Ensures critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional launch teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manages senior level project/program communication and status reporting. Reduce departmental silos to increase collaboration and productivity
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic launch plans
  • Embrace the challenge of working in an evolving and nascent process. Demonstrate a passion for iteration and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress
