The Project Management Specialist will support the Equipment Invoicing and Cost Substantiation program by organizing and analyzing documentation for customer invoices. This role involves coordinating site activities for material needs, vendor expediting, purchase order processing, and delivery tracking. Responsibilities include performing Oracle transactions for purchasing and logistics, scheduling meetings, managing materials coordination, maintaining project records, coordinating information flow among team members, planning land transportation, and collecting logistics records such as Proof of Delivery and Bills of Materials.
