Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in business administration or a related field being a plus. They should have at least 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, and preferably 5+ years of experience in order management, utilizing ERP systems. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high level of emotional intelligence are required. Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Logistics Specialist, the individual will oversee the daily activities of team members, providing guidance and support while ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard. They will conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates, coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow, and proactively communicate order status and any changes to Field Service Management. The role involves receiving and processing service orders accurately, verifying order details, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will serve as a backup for the manager and a point of contact for field service escalations, handling domestic and international service orders, and working as a member of a team to meet targets and deadlines.
