Responsibilities

The Associate Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, storing, shipping, and delivering clinical supplies, including managing returned supplies, drug accountability, reconciliation, and destruction. They will perform local purchase activities, coordinate logistics for studies with minimal supervision, and proactively solve logistics challenges. Key duties include issuing pro-forma invoices, managing courier contacts, liaising with clients for supply order delivery, and escalating issues to project management when necessary. The role may also involve assisting with courier operations, sample pickups, and participating in operational meetings.
