Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a project or program manager within healthcare and ICT
Experience leading complex implementations of healthcare information systems, e-health solutions, and/or healthcare & ICT related change management initiatives
Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Lean)
Strong communication skills and a connecting leadership style
Affinity with change management and stakeholder management within the healthcare sector
Awareness of and adherence to relevant regulations, including AVG (GDPR) and NEN 7510

Responsibilities

Develop project plans focused on the optimal deployment of digital applications within healthcare
Ensure structured execution of projects, including (re)implementation of EPD (Electronic Patient Data) systems, development of patient portals, improvements in data management, and regional data exchange
Monitor planning, budget, and resource allocation to efficiently execute complex healthcare projects within defined parameters
Lead multidisciplinary teams and secure stakeholder buy-in within the organization
Maintain close collaboration with healthcare professionals, ICT teams, and management, actively driving stakeholder management
Ensure digital solutions comply with applicable laws and regulations, monitoring developments related to AVG and NEN 7510 and ensuring correct compliance
Contribute to sustainable innovations that make healthcare more efficient and future-proof
