Responsibilities

  • Ensure structured execution of projects, including (re)implementation of EPD (Electronic Patient Data) systems, development of patient portals, improvements in data management, and regional data exchange
  • Monitor planning, budget, and resource allocation to efficiently execute complex healthcare projects within defined parameters
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and secure stakeholder buy-in within the organization
  • Maintain close collaboration with healthcare professionals, ICT teams, and management, actively driving stakeholder management
  • Ensure digital solutions comply with applicable laws and regulations, monitoring developments related to AVG and NEN 7510 and ensuring correct compliance
  • Contribute to sustainable innovations that make healthcare more efficient and future-proof
