Responsibilities

Accountable for day-to-day activities of the program
Proactively breaks down strategies from Portfolio Directors, directing and managing implementation across projects
Maintains awareness of challenges from the project team and manages or resolves them
Provides coaching and leadership to project leads assigned to the program
Grows the eminence of the program and portfolio to support success
Proactively resolves programmatic, contractual, and internal obstacles
Provides input into portfolio strategy and ensures program leads understand it
Provides updates to Portfolio Directors and stakeholders on project status, escalates risks, and implements mitigation strategies
Develops evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Supports project teams in planning scope and meeting contract objectives
Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status, including project burn rate
Approves timecards
Monitors program financials
Manages performance goals with input from Portfolio Directors, Passion Coaches, and Scrum Master
Proactively provides feedback to Passion Coaches on team members to support individual, project, and program success
Tracks resource needs, including contract funding and staffing, and suggests strategies to improve team and program function
