Requirements

  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies: Agile, PMI, Prince. Certificates in one of these methodologies are welcome
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of various projects using one of the above methodologies or in combination
  • Experience in the financial or banking sector
  • Very good skills in communicating project status to sponsors
  • Operational knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, MS Office
  • Leadership mindset
  • Ability to communicate in English at minimum C1 level
  • Knowledge of scaling Agile or hybrid frameworks (optional)

Responsibilities

  • Project management taking into account business requirements, time, budget, quality, and risks
  • Managing the project team and motivating its members
  • Supervising the project budget using internal dedicated tools and regulations
  • Coordinating and managing cooperation with third-party suppliers and internal suppliers
  • Ability to set short- and long-term goals in project implementation
  • Planning and confirming resource availability for project implementation in its individual phases
  • Managing stakeholders and communicating risks to KS level and cooperating units in project implementation
