Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership, risk expertise, and cross-functional influence to drive PMO initiatives forward
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Execute and maintain best practices, standards, and toolkit to strengthen capabilities around execution of complex cross-enterprise programs
  • Liaise effectively between cross-functional stakeholders to align around common objectives
  • Continuously improve and optimize projects towards efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
  • Maintain program objectives, risks, issues, and overall status to multiple levels of the organization
  • Proactively anticipate potential issues, prevent them, and/or define pragmatic contingency plans
  • Proactively manage dependencies, reusable assets, roadblocks, and learning points
  • Timely escalate and relentlessly pursue resolution of roadblocks with clear, end-to-end ownership mindset
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities pertaining to supported projects
  • Maintain timely packaging and archival of completed deliverables
  • Work with multiple partners in cross-functional groups at various levels throughout the organization
  • Maintain confidentiality of correspondence records, presentations, and reports in a central repository system
  • Prioritize and handle multiple projects with accuracy
  • Deliver work product that requires minimal revision
  • Facilitate discussions and reach decisions
