Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, with at least 8 years of enterprise-level software implementation experience. Prior experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an enterprise environment is required, along with excellent cross-functional project management skills including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Demonstrated experience in leading key projects and strategic customer programs from inception to successful roll-out is essential. The role also requires experience leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, excellent documentation and presentation skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, experience leading large teams, demonstrated success in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution, experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong customer orientation with the ability to anticipate and act. The ability to travel up to 50% is also necessary.
The Program Director is responsible for managing key internal and external initiatives to add significant value to customers and foster organizational innovation. This includes implementing new projects and managing customer navigation throughout these projects. The role involves managing cross-functional projects and teams, senior-level business executives, and customers to deliver a unique customer experience. Responsibilities include providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to customers and internal executive teams, managing each phase of the project, and navigating cross-functional teams. The Program Director will also initiate and/or participate in strategic initiatives that impact tactical approaches and influence project direction. Developing and presenting the value proposition to customers and mentoring Customer Outcomes or Partner team members are key duties. Identifying gaps between actuals and plans, proposing solutions, and driving resolutions are also part of the role.
