Requirements

High school diploma with at least 15 years of experience in administrative, business, and financial support OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years of experience providing administrative, business, and financial support
Experience working with the following systems (or similar): NMCI, PBIS, NERP, PPS, WAWF, CAMIS, STARS, iConnect and Advana/Jupiter
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex programmatic tasks
Ability to interface with Government and S&T contractor/grantee personnel
Active Secret Clearance
Proficiency in MS Office 365

Responsibilities

Maintain Department Head schedule, including travel and conferences
Manage appointments
Ensure calendar for the following workday is executable
Work with the Department Travel Team to generate Travel Orders
Work with the Department Travel Team to generate Travel Vouchers
Work with the Department Travel Team to generate Local Travel Vouchers
Work with the Department Travel Team to support Conference attendance
Assist with Visitor Access
Manage correspondence
