Responsibilities

  • Directs development of the organization's client-specific government programs action plan to ensure compliance with Star Ratings program
  • Advises organizational teams to develop and execute government program procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Leads the development of Star Rating initiatives, develops strategies, presents recommendations, and implements solutions to improve overall client-level performance
  • Collaborates with regional and local account management and sales teams on Star ratings strategies based on clinical intervention services
  • Provides support in the resolution of complex Star rating issues and requests, as well as continuously assessing program needs to expand existing opportunities
  • Drives the success of projects in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and senior individual contributors
  • Attends ongoing professional development courses staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance with security regulations in the government program sector
  • Evaluates performance through regular, timely feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development
