Responsibilities

Directs development of the organization's client-specific government programs action plan to ensure compliance with Star Ratings program
Advises organizational teams to develop and execute government program procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
Leads the development of Star Rating initiatives, develops strategies, presents recommendations, and implements solutions to improve overall client-level performance
Collaborates with regional and local account management and sales teams on Star ratings strategies based on clinical intervention services
Provides support in the resolution of complex Star rating issues and requests, as well as continuously assessing program needs to expand existing opportunities
Drives the success of projects in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and senior individual contributors
Attends ongoing professional development courses staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance with security regulations in the government program sector
Evaluates performance through regular, timely feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development
