Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 12+ years of program management, ideally in technology, research grants/contract environment, or government/academic partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Establish, devise, and guide initiatives sponsored by DOE and NSF, from concept to proposal and throughout implementation, reporting, and conclusion
  • Build and cultivate connections with DOE/NSF program officers, national labs, universities, industry consortia, and internal partners
  • Translate agency technical priorities and funding solicitations into actionable program objectives, internal resource plans, and partner engagements
  • Evaluate budgets, schedules, achievements, objectives, risk mitigation and compliance (including grants/contracts terms and conditions)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, product, marketing, legal, finance, and partners to complete program goals
  • Track, measure and report program metrics (e.g., technology adoption, research outcomes, key performance indicators) and present updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure program alignment with NVIDIA’s business strategy, federal funding landscape, and customer/partner needs
  • Ensure governance and compliance (e.g., DEIA, data sharing, IP/tech transfer, federal reporting)
