Candidates should possess a strong understanding of user behavior and how to improve user engagement through WalkMe, along with familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and integrate WalkMe elements into web applications. An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to make data-driven decisions and optimize WalkMe implementations, is also required.
The Professional Services Consultant will design, build, and implement interactive experiences for customers to drive business impact, including enhancing end-user onboarding and accelerating feature adoption. They will collaborate closely with customer application owners to understand their business objectives and recommend WalkMe solutions, lead end-to-end WalkMe projects, monitor and analyze usage data, conduct training sessions, troubleshoot issues, foster cross-functional collaboration, and continuously learn about WalkMe and digital adoption technologies.
