Ability to direct, manage, mentor, and motivate junior production staff
Experience assisting new business development in determining project/event feasibility and developing production deliverables for RFPs, including attending pitch presentations
Capability to serve as primary Production team contact with internal/external teams and clients
Skills in collaborating with OBE Leadership, senior production team, Account, Creative, Strategy, Technology, and others on project, departmental, and companywide details
Proficiency in directing and overseeing production-related communications, documentation, and deliverables in a timely, detailed, efficient, professional, and courteous manner
Knowledge to ensure staff executes at highest industry standards and in accordance with company policies and SOPs
Expertise in establishing and maintaining best practices for client needs and operational improvements
Ability to create, manage, and track detailed event timelines
Competence in producing detailed project-wide, operational, and logistical plans (e.g., staff plans, R&R grids, workbacks, production timelines, load-in/strike schedules, accessibility, on-site communications, weather/contingency planning)
Experience managing all production elements from start to finish, including strategic thinking, concept development, feasibility, project planning, pre-production, budget development/management/tracking P/L, and ensuring overall project quality
Capacity to lead/oversight multiple projects simultaneously and manage internal/external producers, vendors/suppliers

Responsibilities

Direct, manage, mentor, and motivate junior production staff
Assist new business development team in determining feasibility of projects/events and developing production deliverables for new business proposals (RFPs), including attending pitch presentations
Serve as primary Production team contact throughout a project/program with internal/external teams, including clients
Collaborate with OBE Leadership, senior production team, Account, Creative, Strategy, Technology, and others on project, departmental, and companywide details
Direct and oversee all production-related communications, documentation, and deliverables in a timely, detailed, efficient, professional, and courteous manner
Ensure staff executes at the highest level of industry standards and in accordance with company policies and SOPs
Establish and maintain best practices that meet client needs and provide continual improvement to operations
Create, manage, and meticulously track detailed event timeline(s)
Produce detailed project-wide, operational, and logistical plans and procedures (e.g., staff plans, R&R grids, workbacks timelines, production timelines, load-in/strike schedules, accessibility, on-site communications, weather/contingency planning)
Keep OBE Leadership and senior production staff briefed regularly
Manage all elements of production for assigned projects/programs from start to finish, executing approved production Scope of Work in support of client goals
Manage and direct all production-related personnel (internal producers, external producers, third-party vendors/suppliers)
Lead/oversight multiple projects simultaneously at various stages
Engage in strategic thinking, concept development, feasibility work, overall project planning, comprehensive pre-production, budget development/management/tracking P/L, and ensure overall project/program quality
Work collaboratively with internal/external teams to elevate OBE's operations
