Responsibilities

  • Define and lead 1Password’s user conference and tier-1 global tradeshow sponsorship strategy in alignment with brand, demand, and pipeline goals
  • Ensure 1Password’s participation amplifies enterprise value proposition and identity security leadership narrative
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Enablement, and GTM leadership to deliver cohesive product innovation storytelling and support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, customer retention, and expansion
  • Develop the event roadmap and investment strategy for user conference and Tier 1 global sponsorships, ensuring programs stay on budget with defined objectives, success metrics, and measurable business impact
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of global tradeshows
  • Ensure consistent and creative brand representation across all event experiences, including branding, booth design, speaking sessions, executive engagements, and digital extensions
  • Develop pre-, during-, and post-event engagement frameworks to drive qualified attendance, meetings, and follow-up conversions
  • Standardize execution with scalable playbooks and vendor frameworks for operational efficiency and flawless delivery
  • Apply a “last mile” mindset to execution, ensuring events convert engagement into tangible pipeline impact
  • Extend reach and impact of tier-1 events through ancillary experiences, including hosted dinners, executive roundtables, partner co-hosted events, customer meetups, and press & analyst engagements to amplify visibility and deepen relationships
