Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in full scale ERP deployments or Training
  • 2+ years experience working with enterprise HCM applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP
  • Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Workday HCM, Financials, or other demonstrated ability preferred
  • Significant business knowledge in operational areas within a HCM department
  • Fluency in English (fluency in German, French or Spanish is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a consistent record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrable experience in facilitating training and owning course content preferred
  • Mastery of simultaneous use of multiple classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment
  • Training in a full scale ERP system preferred
  • Confirmed ability to proactively and quickly grasp and distill information

Responsibilities

  • Remain on top of Workday products as they evolve and improve; bend and adapt to meet the needs of the business; thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change
  • Convey sophisticated topics in a cadence and manner that helps everyone understand
  • Find opportunities, guide organisations and overcome resistance with expertise and persuasion
  • Deliver end-to-end projects, work through a wide range of challenges and opportunities across multiple teams and organisations; demonstrate success in achieving results beyond expectations
  • Exercise outstanding problem-solving skills whether working through difficult challenges or improving existing processes - both in the classroom and within the organisation
  • Partner with stakeholders from Content, Operations, Delivery and teams outside of Workday Education to build an excellent student experience
  • Master changing class environments using a variety of instructing tools and technologies to assure students the best experience possible; anticipate what is coming and plan with future students in mind
