Responsibilities

The Product & Technical Enablement Program Manager will implement a best-in-class enablement program that measures impact across all tiers of the Kirkpatrick Model and report KPIs to leadership. They will serve as the product strategy expert, ensuring the sales and solutions teams are informed about emerging products. The role includes measuring demo acumen, ensuring new hires achieve product proficiency, developing a roadmap for new product enablement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on enablement strategies.
