Secoda follows a Hybrid Office Policy with in-office days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday. They have a beautiful office in Liberty Village and provide lunch for the team every other Friday.
Candidates need a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Technical Customer Support capacity, strong communication skills with empathy and urgency, technical mindedness, product focus, natural curiosity, and fast-learning ability. Nice to haves include experience with early-stage startups and familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub.
