Requirements

Candidates should possess a passion for technology, quality, and Linear’s mission, along with excellent communication and customer service skills and experience working with a technical or engineering user base. They should be able to adapt their communication approach to non-technical users, and have experience troubleshooting technical issues, including APIs and integration setups. Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub is a plus, though curiosity to learn these areas is also valued.

Responsibilities

As a Product Support Specialist, you will support customers in end-to-end engagement, including onboarding, account setup, debugging issues, feature and integration discovery, and investigate and resolve inbound customer issues reported through various channels. You will partner with the engineering team to document and reproduce bugs, surface trends and insights from customer feedback to inform product choices, and lead strategic projects to improve the support experience and internal enablement. Additionally, you will engage a technical customer community via social channels and contribute to technical documentation during product betas and rollouts.
