The Product Support Analyst will respond to routine customer inquiries regarding products, analyze problems using diagnostic tools to identify issue areas and recommend corrective action, develop and maintain positive customer relations by delivering outstanding customer service, coordinate with various functions within the Company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, and maintain a log of problems for recurring issues and provide feedback to internal departments and customers.
