Position Overview

This role focuses on selling Adobe Digital Experience solutions for Data and Customer Journey management within French-speaking Switzerland. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in enterprise SaaS software sales, from planning and progressing deals to closing them, while collaborating with various team members to drive Adobe's regional business. A key aspect of success involves selling with a customer business value approach, supporting customer vision development, matching use cases to solutions, and fostering strategic partnerships. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding and translating the latest innovations, including GenAI and Agentic AI, into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generation, progression, and successful closing of opportunities for Adobe solutions related to customer data, profile, activation, and journey management in French-speaking Switzerland.
  • Implementation of comprehensive account sales strategies.
  • Coordination and delivery of customer workshops to present the value of Adobe's solutions.
  • Development and maintenance of positive customer relationships at C-level and functional levels.
  • Effective collaboration with peers and internal partners.
  • Creation and updating of sales activity plans.
  • Provision of timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Contribution to account and territory planning.

Requirements

  • A dedicated individual with a “can do” attitude, motivated to focus and commit to attaining ambitious results.
  • Hunter mentality.
  • Proficiency in French and English languages; any other European language is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and SaaS sales, preferably in Analytics, Customer Data Platform, and Customer Journey Management.
  • Dedication to business value selling.
  • Excellent social skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
