Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics, and have at least 7 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with a strong focus on data warehousing and reporting. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL is essential, along with familiarity with data warehouse technologies and cloud environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Manager will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data warehouses for the Operations’ team, manage data molding work, optimize ETL processes, and perform data engineering tasks to connect data sources to the ClickHouse DWH. They will also own Master Data Management across the Operations’ function, including data dictionary creation and management, ensure data quality and consistency, develop reusable reports and dashboards, design and maintain “all company” metrics’ dashboards, partner with the central DWH team to ensure adherence to best practices, extend AI functionality across Operations’ metrics, and develop and implement audit reports across operational processes.
