Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Product Data Science or Analytics, with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, statistics, or economics. Strong proficiency in data manipulation using SQL and scripting languages like Python is required, along with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and A/B testing best practices. Experience with causal inference, machine learning, and SaaS/Product-led Growth companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Product Data Scientist will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and measure success metrics for product features. They will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and insights, utilizing data to identify growth opportunities and shape product roadmaps. This role involves applying quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to improve product experiences, sharing actionable insights with leadership to influence product strategy, and collaborating with other data scientists to share best practices and foster a data-centric culture.
