As a Product Partner Manager, you will work with partners in the restaurant technology ecosystem that are integrated into ChowNow via our APIs. You will manage a portfolio of our most strategic product partners to enhance the relationship and surface new opportunities to grow revenue. You will act as a key point of contact for our partners, establish a regular meeting cadence, and implement a best-in-class support model to help our partners succeed. This crucial role drives business planning, executing of programs and initiatives and works cross-functionally to support sales forecasting and planning, partner enablement, marketing, reporting, pipeline management, quarterly business reviews, and product roadmaps. This high-visibility role will collaborate across many functions (Product, Marketing, Design, Sales Enablement, Restaurant Success, Legal, Finance, Data, and Customer Support) to support our partners and maximize the opportunity. You will build and maintain an excellent feedback loop.
