Candidates must possess at least 2 years of construction industry expertise and 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales. A strong technical aptitude to master Procore's offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies is required. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Understanding of various construction industry verticals and experience in roles like Project Manager, Site Super, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS is preferred, along with experience managing construction projects including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, schedule, quality control, and safety. Candidates must be based in a Central Daylight Time (CDT) or Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) zone.
The Customer Success Engineer II will act as a product champion and subject matter expert for Procore's Owners customers, driving their success in adopting and realizing business value from the platform. Responsibilities include making data-driven recommendations for optimizing Procore value, crafting value-based presentations to accelerate adoption, and providing product roadmap and release updates. The role involves driving product demonstrations, coordinating technical resources, and serving as a technical account manager with high responsiveness and clear communication. Fostering a positive team culture through support and collaboration, developing mastery of Procore's products and industry best practices, and potentially traveling up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices are also key duties.
