Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices is required, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, experience with product lifecycle management, and user experience design principles. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, are also essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create a clear product vision, translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories, prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility, collaborate with design and engineering teams throughout the development process, conduct user acceptance testing to validate product functionality, serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates, monitor and report on product performance using metrics to inform future enhancements, and ultimately deliver high-quality products that enhance user experience and drive business objectives.
