Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Operations Specialist will facilitate the central new hire training program, coordinate onboarding schedules, and manage team-specific live training sessions. They will assess and provide feedback on technical projects, communicate performance updates to stakeholders, and collaborate with IT and People Operations to resolve onboarding issues. Additionally, they will maintain and update training documentation, review candidate assignments, and support Business Operations with cross-functional projects and process improvements.
