Requirements

  • Oversee the full-stack administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) Docebo, including content governance, user experience, and a holistic platform strategy
  • Design and implement complex workflows within Docebo, including creating seamless, automated data exchange with Workday
  • Create a seamless, automated data exchange between Docebo and Workday, ensuring accurate employee records and adhering to enrollment rules
  • Design and implement a robust reporting system within Docebo, providing accurate and reliable data for internal and external audits
  • Own and manage the entire compliance training lifecycle, including mandatory SOC2 compliance training, security protocols, and other critical legal and regulatory training requirements
  • Create automated reporting and provide data for internal and external audits to demonstrate compliance posture
  • Manage root cause analyses (RCAs) and develop effective escalation processes for compliance-related training failures
  • Act as the primary liaison for all strategic external learning and partnerships, driving value and enhancing market position

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Platform Ownership: Serve as the chief architect and Docebo Superuser, with complete ownership of the Learning Management System
  • Systems Integration & Automation: Design and implement complex workflows and recipes within Docebo
  • Compliance Training & Auditing: Own and manage the entire compliance training lifecycle, including training and reporting
  • External Partnerships & Alliances: Act as the primary liaison for all strategic external learning and partnerships
