Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Product Onboarding Manager, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, focusing on transforming their investment data for the Juniper Square application. This includes gathering and consolidating data from various sources, accurately mapping it to the Juniper Square model, interpreting complex legal agreements, and communicating clearly about data changes and discrepancies to customers. You will guide customers through data mapping decisions, provide expertise and recommendations for data optimization, and contribute to improving onboarding tools and processes while collaborating with internal teams.
