Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience as an exceptional trainer, coach, or learning & development professional, with strong communication and presentation skills to engage adult learners. Experience with curriculum delivery, program management, and quickly mastering new technology systems is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach are required. Bonus points include experience as a Financial Advisor, internal wholesaler, or team lead in financial services, as well as experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and financial technology platforms.

Responsibilities

The RIA Advisor Onboarding Trainer will lead daily training sessions for new advisors during their first 90 days, coordinate with business line owners to keep training content current, and run weekly New Advisor Training sessions. They will conduct knowledge assessments, train advisors on HubSpot usage and the technology stack, guide advisors on platform positioning, and teach practical application of tools like Notion and FAM. The trainer will serve as the primary contact for new advisor questions during onboarding, provide feedback on advisor progress, identify training gaps, and collaborate with partners to improve training processes and develop standardized materials.
