Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing a team of software engineers.
- Development Experience: Significant hands-on development experience (preferably in the app space).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to engineer solutions to complex, unscoped problems.
- Leadership: Ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment, supporting and challenging team members.
- Motivation & Inspiration: Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a team of software engineers.
- Coordinate activities such as cycle planning, design reviews, and project planning.
- Hire and coach world-class talent for the team.
- Tactical execution by the team.
- Help craft the team’s vision and make it a reality.
- Successfully coordinate and deliver large-scale projects that touch multiple areas of the business, product, or underlying architecture.
