Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in managing a team of software engineers, demonstrating significant hands-on development experience, preferably in the app space, and having engineered solutions to complex problems. Prior experience as a senior developer, leveraging personal experience to coach and train team members, is highly desirable. Successful coordination and delivery of large-scale projects impacting multiple areas of the business, product, or architecture are also required.

Responsibilities

As Engineering Manager for the Password Manager team, you will lead and empower the team, crafting the team's vision and making it a reality through creative engineering and identifying solutions to hard problems. You will be responsible for tactical execution by the team, coordinating activities such as cycle planning, design reviews, and project planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and coaching world-class talent for your team, and maintaining a positive, healthy team environment where everyone is supported, encouraged, and challenged to do great work, while motivating and inspiring others.
