The Product Marketing Manager role requires a strong understanding of customer insights and community building. This role will build Deel's global community engine from the ground up, defining how customers fuel launches and shape the product roadmap. Responsibilities include owning and scaling Advisory Boards, facilitating sessions to gather insights, and turning feedback into recommendations. The manager will design and run programs to leverage customer advocates and power users for product launches, amplify launches with community energy, and operationalize a playbook for community-driven reach. Additionally, they will own customer storytelling through interviews and case studies, lead audience research, and map customer needs and opportunities. The role involves instrumenting Voice of Customer (VoC) pipelines and building dashboards for live insights to steer the roadmap and serving as the single source of truth on buyers.
