Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in developer-focused or SaaS environments, with proven experience in partner co-marketing execution, including webinars, collateral development, field events, and sales enablement. Experience in community program management, planning and executing developer meetups, user groups, or grassroots initiatives is required, along with systems fluency in community tools like Discord and CommonRoom, and CRM/marketing systems such as HubSpot and Asana. Strong cross-functional communication skills, exceptional organization, project management abilities, attention to detail, and logistics coordination experience are essential. Familiarity with technology, cloud, or reseller partners, developer tools, the platform engineering ecosystem, and event experience in major tech hubs are considered bonuses.
The Marketing Manager will plan, launch, and report on co-marketing initiatives with partners, and support community programs such as meetups and Discord engagement. Responsibilities include running partner co-marketing end-to-end, coordinating partner campaigns, maintaining a partner campaign calendar, enabling the field with partner-branded collateral, and preparing QBR materials while tracking performance. The role also involves supporting meetups logistically, engaging daily on Discord, coordinating swag and recognition for the Coder Champions Program, repurposing community and partner wins into content, and owning KPI tracking across various systems to surface insights and recommendations.
