Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech startups, and demonstrate a proven track record of launching and scaling B2C financial products or platforms. They should possess a strong understanding of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems, along with excellent communication and copywriting skills, and an analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research. Experience in regulated industries or financial services is considered a plus, and familiarity with DeFi, Web3 wallets, or community-led growth is beneficial.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product marketing roadmap for spot trading and crypto card verticals, crafting compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate the company. You will lead GTM planning for feature and product launches, coordinating cross-functionally, and deliver impactful marketing assets across various channels. You will gather and analyze market research and user feedback to inform strategy, conduct interviews and surveys, and partner with lifecycle and growth teams to build acquisition and retention campaigns. Furthermore, you will optimize conversion flows and onboarding journeys through data-backed experimentation, define KPIs to measure campaign success, and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
