Requirements

  • Proven track record managing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience managing and optimizing large-scale budgets
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, DSPs)
  • Experience with ASO best practices and tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action)
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant networks
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and optimize campaigns to meet growth targets
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad concepts, test new formats, and refine messaging
  • Own ASO strategy including keyword optimization, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization on the App Store and Google Play
  • Run A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and app store assets to continuously improve performance
  • Manage budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient allocation of spend
  • Partner with analytics and product teams to understand user behavior, attribution, and cohort performance
  • Lead with AI to automate work streams and drive innovations that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
