Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of B2B software product marketing experience. Experience with B2B Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Management, and/or Destination Marketing Organization software markets is preferred. The role requires experience in developing product positioning and implementing product-specific demand generation programs, market landscape research, competitive intelligence analysis, and project management. Strong written communication and presentation skills are essential, as is comfort interacting with clients and representing the company. Experience with international and virtual teams is also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will create product line sales strategies and deliverables, develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate products, and analyze customer usage data. Responsibilities include conducting competitive research, defining buyer personas, developing product-oriented content such as pitch decks and website copy, planning and managing new product launches, and driving strategic demand generation efforts.
