Position Overview: Product Marketing Manager I

As a Product Marketing Manager I, you will be instrumental in developing and executing customer-centric go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, customer success, and marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include owning customer insights, managing launch campaigns that amplify customer voices, and overseeing org-wide programs to extract actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Advisory Boards: Oversee the HR, Procurement, and Payroll advisory boards, scaling them as our offering grows, and securing monthly sessions for insights and feedback.
  • Customer Storytelling: Support customer interviews for case study creation and select customers for significant customer-centric social campaigns. Collaborate with regional marketing teams on case studies, PR teams for media opportunities, and CS/AEs for customer acquisition. Leverage social media to drive traffic.
  • Launch Customer-Centric Campaigns: Execute campaigns that highlight our customers, feature our 'most remote' customers, and spotlight customer best practices for global growth.
  • Content Support: Assist the PMM Enablement team with content creation, including guides, one-pagers, and presentations, as needed.
  • Voice-of-Customer Aggregation: Consolidate all voice-of-customer signals (CAB notes, product interviews, Gong calls, etc.) into a searchable repository. Build automated dashboards and alerts to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Persona and ICP Management: Own the creation, refresh, and governance of data-driven buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), serving as the single source of truth for all go-to-market teams.
  • Insight Reporting: Craft concise insight reports, persona one-sheets, and executive presentations. Deliver regular "voice-of-customer" briefings and strategic recommendations to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Vertical Deep-Dives: Publish quarterly deep-dives on priority verticals (e.g., BPO, fintech, staffing), identifying challenges, compliance drivers, and solution gaps to inform campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
