The Product Marketing Manager should have experience managing advisory boards, conducting customer interviews, and creating customer-centric campaigns. They must be skilled in aggregating voice-of-customer signals, maintaining buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles, and creating insight reports and presentations. Experience supporting PMM enablement with content creation and publishing deep-dives on priority verticals is also required.
The Product Marketing Manager will manage and scale HR, Procurement, and Payroll advisory boards, securing monthly insight sessions. They will support customer interviews for case studies and social campaigns, working cross-functionally with regional marketing, PR, CS, and AEs. Responsibilities include launching campaigns highlighting customers, supporting content creation for enablement, aggregating voice-of-customer signals into a searchable repository with automated dashboards, owning the creation and governance of buyer personas and ICPs, delivering voice-of-customer briefings and strategic recommendations, and publishing quarterly deep-dives on priority verticals.
