The Product Manager will oversee the daily live operations of web and mobile applications, ensuring performance and user experience, while monitoring and analyzing product features for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing defects, defining a roadmap for enhancements based on data and feedback, collaborating with various teams for feature improvements and releases, and maintaining a strong feedback loop with end-users. The role also involves contributing to bug triage, supporting customer support teams, staying informed on market trends, and ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms.
