Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of driving mobile strategy and mobile growth metrics for SaaS and/or consumer/SMB mobile applications, and a demonstrated success in bringing B2B SaaS and SMB products to market. They should also have the ability to empathize with users and champion their needs throughout the Product Discovery process, along with strong analytical skills and experience using product metrics and user insights to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will set a Product strategy for the Mobile App, including building the future mobile App strategy to active, engage and retain users, especially mobile-only users, improving mobile customer workflows, redefining user experience, and optimizing Mobile Funnel. They will also lead efforts to improve customer workflows, champion a user-centric approach to product development, and work collaboratively with design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales teams to deliver cohesive user experiences, balancing mobile App innovation and development with funnel optimization.
