Position Overview

Eventbrite is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to leverage customer insights to shape product positioning, inform product strategy, develop and execute go-to-market campaigns, and create compelling content that communicates the value of Eventbrite's platform and services.


The Team

The product marketing team at Eventbrite is responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Eventbrite's product suite. This team collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams, utilizing customer insights to articulate product value and ensure customer success.


The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with Product, Insights, and Content teams to craft messaging, positioning, and content that highlights the value of Eventbrite's products and services. Your focus will be on increasing adoption within a specific product area designed to help event creators achieve success and grow their events. You will lead segmentation strategies, contribute to user journey development, and position and differentiate products based on competitive analysis.


Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for your product area, manage launches, and track adoption targets, analyzing the success of all initiatives.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Create positioning and messaging informed by market research and competitive insights, engaging directly with customers and collaborating with research and customer-facing teams for qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Adoption & Roadmap: Drive adoption of key features across the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with the Product team to influence the roadmap and with the Content team to develop educational and launch assets.
  • Customer Advocacy: Understand and champion the needs of current and potential customers. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and serve as the go-to-market expert for your product area across the organization.

Skillset

  • Passion for live events and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in product marketing, product management, or go-to-market roles.
  • Content & Campaigns: Proven experience crafting B2B or B2B2C product-centric content and marketing campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to executives, senior management, and peers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate effectively, and influence as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a changing market and competitive landscape and see projects through to completion.
  • Project Management: Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with effective prioritization and organization.
  • Versatility: Equally comfortable writing blog posts and analyzing data.
