They should have a minimum of 6 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS environments, with 0-1 years of focus on AI/ML-driven products related to knowledge management, enterprise search, or virtual agents. Proven experience in the contact center industry is highly desirable, along with an in-depth understanding of AI technologies, machine learning applications, and agile development methodologies.
As the Product Manager - Internationalization, you will define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cresta’s internationalization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs. You will conduct comprehensive market research and stakeholder discovery to identify and quantify opportunities for expansion, prioritize investments, and become knowledgeable across the breadth of Cresta’s products. You will lead and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development from ideation to delivery, facilitating effective communication and coordination. Furthermore, you will engage with prospects, customers, and partners to gather feedback, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction, particularly as the primary product point of contact in EMEA.
