Requirements

Candidates should have product management experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering contexts, or prior hands-on experience in these areas. A deep understanding of Kubernetes, observability, enterprise infrastructure, and scaling challenges is essential, along with strong customer research skills including discovery calls, feedback synthesis, and problem validation. Technical aptitude is required, enabling candidates to set up demo environments, run basic tests, and engage credibly with engineers. Observability expertise, experience writing technical blog posts or documentation for an enterprise audience, and familiarity with developer platforms or workspace tools are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will define and drive roadmap features such as resource quotas, template policies, and reference architectures. They will write product requirements and collaborate with engineering on RFCs, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to research needs in FinOps, AI security, analytics, and observability. Responsibilities also include conducting enterprise-scale testing with engineers to identify and remediate platform gaps, and shipping features that streamline deployment and support the enterprise sales motion.
